The foothills of the Sandia Mountains are a playground

full of caves, creatures and megalithic granite monsters.

There are a few things to watch out for though,

like grabbing onto a rock above your head and finding a

cactus or snake.

The views are great,

but bring a hat and some water or your head will bake,

but make no mistake with your climbing physics

and the experience will leave you feeling energetic.

But there are many that succumb to the warm friendly sun,

and strip down for some nude sunbathing fun,

so don’t stare too long and watch your step

or you might take an untimely plunge.
