WOOD

WOOD ———-

JIM PECHA, B.ARCH, CHRISTIAN ARTIST,
MINISTER OF CREATIVITY, COPYRIGHT 2014 ——–

Rosita painted images of wood. She had grown up with polished antique Spanish colonial furniture and loved looking at the complexity of the grain. Of course, within a painting greater depth is possible within a composition. She studied the old arm chairs and cabinets in her families home. She painted pictures of wooden crosses for the Churches, her most supportive clients. As with many artists, what she created, turned her on spiritually and sexually, the curving forms of yellow and red brown against the blues of the sky stimulated her.
