SANITY
SANITY —————

Sanity requires finding some way to let out the stresses in life, the irrational shapes, which collect within our minds and emotions. There is so much pressure to think and act like everyone else, that we can’t expel the inner strange forces from all the various aspects of life. Being creative requires allowing the flow of feelings and thoughts to go through us, which then allows different and hopefully a more beneficial flow. I noticed many times how rural artists and other people were healthier mentally, emotionally and physically. They did whatever they needed to do, yell, throw something or just get naked. They have more sanity than city folk.
